Refunds & Damages
Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept returns due to change of mind based on the fragile nature of some items.
If in the unfortunate event, your parcel arrives damaged, or if the product is faulty please contact us immediately at email@example.com within 48 hours, so we can find a solution for you.

Include images of the damaged box and damaged item/s
If there is no faults with product and you simply change your mind we are happy to credit your purchase. Please note, our items are mostly handmade. These are a showcase of the individuality of each item and are not considered a fault.
In the event that you receive a faulty item and we are unable to exchange that item for you, we will refund you. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 3-10 working days after we receive that item for your refund to appear in your account.
